This 40-year-old patient had had three children and was complaining of loss of volume and fullness in the upper pole of her breasts. Pregnancy and breastfeeding are common reasons for loss of volume and fullness.
The patient wanted to go up a few cup sizes and to achieve her aesthetic goals with breast augmentation surgery. At her consultation appointment, we determined that she was beginning from a cup size A, and she ultimately desired a full C cup.
To regain more upper pole fullness in her breasts, the patient underwent breast augmentation surgery. We used gel/silicone Mentor implants in a size 375 cc with a high profile.
