After four pregnancies, this female patient, aged 25, desired larger, fuller breasts. Often, after multiple pregnancies, significant sagging and the appearance of “deflation” can be a core problem that inspires women to seek cosmetic surgery. This did not appear to be the primary issue for this patient, however, who had naturally smaller-sized breasts. Starting at an A cup, she chose to move up to a C/D cup with implants.
At her initial consultation appointment for breast augmentation, we talked about the procedure, discussed her medical history, and made a decision on the implants that would work best for her frame and her desired results. She chose to undergo submuscular breast augmentation surgery with the placement of size 400 cc Mentor gel/silicone implants in a high profile.
